Callbell Review ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Callbell Review mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App and services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account and use the App:

• Account information: business name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
• Business details: phone number and Google Maps URL (optional).
• Subscription and payment data: plan type, billing period, In-App Purchase transaction identifiers, and subscription status. We do not store full credit card numbers; payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Review and QR data: customer reviews submitted through your QR codes, and the QR codes you create.
• Usage data: access logs (IP address, device type, timestamps) for security and debugging purposes.
• Language preference: the language you select within the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• Process subscription payments and verify In-App Purchases.
• Send transactional notifications (e.g., subscription expiry reminders).
• Respond to support requests.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Apple Inc. / Google LLC: for In-App Purchase verification via their official server APIs.
• Hosting providers: our servers run on Hostinger infrastructure under appropriate data processing agreements.
• Law enforcement: if required by applicable law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the App under Account Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account will remove your business profile, QR codes, and associated reviews. Active subscription records may be retained for legal/tax compliance.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and JWT-based authentication with short-lived access tokens.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights
