Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Callbell Review mobile application ("App") operated by Callbell Review ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Callbell Review is a customer review management platform that enables businesses to collect, display, and analyse customer feedback through QR codes and a business dashboard.
Callbell Review offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans available for purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

Prices are shown in USD and may vary by region. Your subscription will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling a subscription does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
A free tier is available with limited features (1 QR code, no analytics, no date filter). No payment is required for the free plan.

All content, branding, and software within the App are the property of Callbell Review or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from within the App under Account Settings → Delete Account.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Callbell Review shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be available at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
